Prause played a pivotal role in the development of synthetic leaf springs in Germany while working at 3M Germany, specifically with Scotchply™ glass-fibre composites.<br />

At Prause Durotec, we specialize in manufacturing various configurations of flat leaf springs using high-quality materials such as E-glass, S-glass, and carbon fibers. These materials are combined with epoxy resin to create a strong and durable matrix.<br />

Our manufacturing processes adhere to stringent aeronautical and military standards to ensure the highest quality products. We utilize UD prepregs (UD = unidirectional) to process the materials efficiently and effectively.<br />
