Frame House group SIA, a Latvian company established in 2003, specializes in manufacturing Prefabricated Wooden Frame Houses. Our expertise lies in utilizing state-of-the-art German technology and equipment to ensure industrial accuracy and the highest quality of our wooden frame constructions. These constructions serve as an excellent foundation for low-energy houses, meeting even the rigorous standards for passive housing, which are vital in today's European building landscape.

At Frame House, we possess the capability to create customized wooden frame house constructions based on individual client projects. For clients without their own projects, we offer a diverse range of options, including projects designed by local architects or projects already constructed by customers in their respective countries. In addition, our team of highly skilled technicians, engineers, and designers is well-equipped to adapt traditional building projects, such as those involving brick or concrete, into wooden frame technology.

Ensuring compliance with European requirements (DIN1052.2004), we meticulously carry out all necessary load and stress calculations for our constructions. Our strong emphasis on the pre-manufacturing process allows us to engage in detailed discussions with our customers, ensuring that their specific needs and desires are met with precision.

Our mission at Frame House is to assist our customers in transforming their dream house projects into modern, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly buildings of the utmost quality. We aim to create a family home that will endure for generations to come.
