The Kayalar Group was founded in 1970 with the aim of producing semi-manufactured materials for armatures. Over the years, the company has expanded its operations and established Kayalar Pres Ltd. Şti. to manufacture semi-products and fittings made of brass. In 1994, the company registered the KAS brand name and introduced its own range of radiator valves and brass rakor products to the domestic market. In 1999, the group companies relocated to a new production plant in Istanbul's Sancaktepe area, providing them with a spacious indoor space of 12,000 square meters. This expansion allowed the company to increase its capacity and product range.

To separate marketing and sales activities, Kaspa Foreign Trade S.A was established in 2000 as part of the Kayalar Group. Additionally, recognizing the need for diversified product offerings, Kayalar Armatür A.Ş was founded in the same year to manufacture corrugated stainless steel hoses. In 2007, Kay Sismik Elektrik-Elektronik A.Ş was established to produce electronic devices, completing the portfolio of the Kayalar Group.

As the Kayalar Group celebrates its 40th year in production, it continues to prioritize improvement and development to maintain its competitive advantage. With four companies, three separate manufacturing plants spanning a total of 15,000 square meters, a dedicated R&D department boasting extensive expertise, and a highly experienced production and marketing team, the Kayalar Group is committed to delivering high-quality products and meeting the evolving demands of the industry.
