TURBOFILL is a state-of-the-art product designed specifically for the 1-hole gas fill technology used in the industry. This technology, known as dilution filling, requires a specialized triplex probe that combines argon fill, air suction, and pressure sensing capabilities. The probe ensures maximum turbulence to replace air with argon, while simultaneously removing air to maintain a low internal pressure in order to prevent the IG unit from bending.

The TURBOFILL machine is equipped with four stations, allowing it to efficiently produce up to 2000 IG units per day. Like all our products, TURBOFILL is manufactured with high-quality materials and undergoes rigorous gas analysis testing to ensure long-lasting performance. This guarantees a consistent and reliable gas fill quality for every IG unit produced. Additionally, the machine is designed with an automatic stop feature that activates as soon as the desired concentration is achieved, providing convenience and efficiency in the filling process.
