The sheathing thermocouples offered in our product line are well-suited for a wide range of applications, thanks to their durable construction and compact design. These thermocouples can be used effectively in various industries, including industrial settings, research and development environments, and laboratory applications. We understand the importance of accurate measurements, which is why our thermocouples come equipped with insulation at the measurement point as a standard feature. This insulation ensures that there is no distortion or interference in the measurement evaluation caused by offset superposition.

To make installation and data acquisition easier, our thermocouples come with connection leads that allow for simple routing up to the point of data collection. We also offer customization options for the diameter of the probe, wire length, and type of connection configuration (such as plug, socket, or bare wire ends).

In terms of temperature capabilities, our sheathing thermocouples can operate within a range of -100 °C to +1,100 °C, continuously. The actual temperature range will depend on the selected sheathing diameter and the specific measuring medium or atmospheric conditions present.

For the wiring, we utilize high-quality Teflon-coated cables with CU shielding for optimal reliability. These cables can withstand continuous temperatures up to +200 °C.
