                    <p>PSL Assemblies Limited, also known as PSL Group, is a company specializing in the design and manufacturing of Thermal Solutions and Semiconductor Stack Assemblies for the global power electronics industries. Our expertise lies in the production of various components such as standard extrusion heat sinks, bonded-fin heat sinks, and liquid-cooled plates. Additionally, we are well-equipped to construct all types of Semiconductor Stack Assemblies and Electronic Sub-Assemblies.<br />

Our capabilities cover a diverse range of projects including inverters, rectifiers, thyristor stacks, IGBT choppers, static transfer switches, and DCDC converters. These projects exemplify our commitment to serving the needs of the power electronics industry.<br />

At PSL, we boast a large CNC VMC machining factory solely dedicated to manufacturing aluminum heat sinks and cooling plates. This state-of-the-art facility enables us to deliver high-quality products in a timely manner. Moreover, we offer both manual assembly and electrostatically-controlled assembly for projects in the scientific field, ensuring precision and accuracy.<br />

In addition to our manufacturing capabilities, we are proud to offer a comprehensive suite of services including sub-assembly, complete design and build, consultancy, box build, and enclosure.
