RILLSTAR mud screens have become the trusted choice for major drilling contractors around the world for more than two decades. These screens are approximately one meter in length, providing a generous screening surface that effectively prevents clogging while still capturing even the smallest debris with their 6 mm holes.

The durability of these mud screens is guaranteed by their high-quality construction and premium materials. They are built using 4 mm thick carbon steel perforated plates, ensuring a much longer lifespan compared to thinner models.

One standout feature of the DRILLSTAR mud screens is their innovative design, incorporating a removable internal spear. This spear can be easily taken out when the screen is used on the drill floor, making it incredibly convenient to clean and remove any trapped debris. Additionally, when the screen is utilized downhole, the spear can be readily fished out in case of pipe blockage or when performing a back-off shot.

To ensure a complete package, these screens are delivered with their necessary accessories. This includes two types of interchangeable fishing necks (1/2 and 7/8) and a retrieving handle, which greatly facilitates the manipulation of the screen on the surface.
